Trending keywords duplicates every time I do a search #
Our developer team is currently working on this issue. The current fix is that you need to refresh the page after doing your new search.
Trending keywords do not show up #
The trending keywords widget is not available for every search. You will need to try other similar searches until it shows. Typically, it is more likely to show up for a common search like ‘mom shirt’ rather than ‘mom shirt for mothers day’.
Error: Document information could not be obtained. #
This error sometimes occurs if you are on the wrong type of page. Make sure you are on a Etsy search results page, Example: https://www.etsy.com/search?q=mom%20shirt
